GENERAL

EasyDebit enables acceptance of over 75 million ATM cards in the Philippines for Cash Out (cash withdrawal) or Payment through an EasyDebit device which can be used with your android phone.

  1. You will need the following: 
    1. Android Phone
    2. Email Address
    3. EasyDebit Mobile Point of Sales (mPOS) Device
    4. Bluetooth Printer (Optional)
  2. We will send the link of the EasyDebit mobile app to your email address which you can download from your Android phone.
  3. You will need the EasyDebit device that will be used with your Android Phone. Once you have submitted the documentary requirements and have been approved to be an accredited merchant, we will send you this device.
  4. You will be able to print receipts using the Wireless/Bluetooth printer. You have other options to send it through email or via text message.

APPLICATION AS A MERCHANT

Fill out the form that you can download at and submit copies of the business registrations and other required documents. It will then undergo the verification process.

Once approved, an EasyDebit representative will contact you to discuss where to send the device and give you a step-by-step instructions on how to activate the device.

KYC stands for Know-Your-Customer. It is a process where we validate the submitted business documents before you become an authorized merchant of EasyDebit. It is a simple process and a feedback will be provided in less than a week.

START-UP

When you apply online, we will start and complete the KYC process and if your application is approved, a member of an EasyDebit team will get in touch with you and send the device via an accredited courier.

Once the application has been approved, the EasyDebit mobile app will be sent through your registered email address.

You will receive your username and temporary password when you access your email using your Android phone.

Follow the step-by-step guide:

  1. Click “Download”.
  2. Tap “OK” to upload the EasyDebit mobile app.
  3. Click “Apply Now” on the main screen after the installation is completed.
  4. Input your username and temporary password.
  5. Tap “Agree” and “Submit” after you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  6. Tap “Done”.

Follow the following easy steps to launch the EasyDebit app:

  1. Enter your username and password.
  2. Tap “Login”.

Your device is now activated. You may start using the EasyDebit app on your android phone.

You can accept Bancnet ATM cards, or any local debit card that can be verified through their PIN.

EasyDebit never stores cardholder’s information and collects details in the most secure manner. All device are PCI compliant and even EMV ready.

 

The PCI DSS is a worldwide accepted data security standard to ensure safety of card transactions and protect cardholders in handling sensitive information.

 

 

No. Each Device is assigned with a terminal identification corresponding to the approved business. All settlement of fund is going to be transferred to a bank account.

 

Only devices provided by EasyDebit will be recognized and used in the system. A highly secured system will block all other devices.

SUPPORT

Follow these procedure to return the defective device:

  1. Call our Hotline at +63917 561 54 56 , +632 957 3670 or +632 238 1932.
  2. EasyDebit team will assist you and give you a reference number if the device is found defective.
  3. Our accredited courier will collect the defective device and ask for the reference number.

You will receive the replacement device within 3 to 5 working days.

Please contact the EasyDebit hotline so we can tag the device as ‘missing’.  Once you have purchased the replacement unit, we will then send you the device via courier.

No worries. You can install the EasyDebit app again on a different device and call the EasyDebit Sales Representative to send you the new activation code through your registered email. You may use this to activate your mobile app.
